The Sports Magic Team was developed and formulated by Tim Glancey. Initially known as the Magic Magician, Tim was contracted by the NBA Orlando Magic to entertain fans during the breaks in the court action. Tim and the Sports Magic Team designed and trademarked and patented interactive props and routines that have continually encouraged fan participation. He created a persona for the teams as Ambassadors of Team Spirit. As their popularity grew, they saw the demand from the fans to expand upon this concept. Today, the Sports Magic Team is based in Orlando, Florida, and has established a network of more than 150 performers around the country with various talents and skills to entertain sports fans during breaks in the action.<P>Performing our interactive games around the world at over 3,500 sporting and special events, the Sports Magic Team is recognized as the leader in Inter-ACTIVE Entertainment. This recognition has allowed SMT to establish satellite teams in the NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL, IHL and other leagues. After seeing the high energy Sports Magic Team at an NBA All-Star Game, musical entertainer, Jimmy Buffett, contracted the team to travel with him during his concert tours. Over the past eight years, the team has created special effects and illusions during the show, as well as entertaining the pre-show crowd with our trademarked props.<P>Over the years, our success and popularity has enabled this concept to franchise. Performance teams have been established for professional sporting organizations across the leagues. Our experience has also allowed the company to expand its reach into the convention and private party markets.
